Some of the posters on here hit it directly on the head when it comes to Kentucky. What a
ass backward state that regularly finishes in the bottom 5 or 10 in
every category out of all 50 states. In fact, Kentucky recently
ranked 1st in child abuse cases, 1st in elderly abuse cases, 1st in
animal abuse cases, 47th in income, 47th in percentage of population
with some college or even graduates, etc. Consistently its one of the
worst states in the whole Union in health outcomes, cancer deaths,
obesity, and many other categories.
I could probably write a whole
white paper on those issues.
But instead I'll give you a few personal anecdotes regarding my 2 year stint of living in
Kentucky as a full time resident. Now I've lived in Northern Indiana,
Central Indiana, Southern Indiana, Central Ohio, SW Ohio, and the
Northern Kentucky and Louisville regions. Yet have been to most of
the counties in Kentucky as part of my job for the two years I was
there. Most of the state outside of Florence/NKY and East Louisville
is a joke. Its like a big farm with mentally unstable rejects along
with a huge meth presence. What I term as a skidmark on the
underpants of society.
Every state has its mental rejects, trash, and totally useless eaters.
Kentucky has generations
of them in that these same morons have been living there for
generations. Even my wife (A Native Kentucky Born Individual) and her
sister realize what a bunch of trash that goes on there. Their
parents were born elsewhere but live in the Louisville area. Both of
them were born in Northern KY. Like my sister in law said........she
would love to leave KY but her child support arrangements and
visitation keeps her there. Sad but true that it limits her in that
area. Its interesting to hear her and the in laws talk about how bad
the schools are in Kentucky and the Louisville region. If it wasn't
for the Louisville East area and some areas of Northern KY the state
would be as low as Mississippi.
Which I find amazing to me because one would think that Kentucky would focus on education and
literacy instead of producing generations of morons and inbreeds that
incapable of doing anything but collect government benefits over
generations. Kentucky has long been one of the states that have a
high level of welfare dependency even going back to when the economy
was good. Interestingly, there seems to be a racket that goes on in
Kentucky that the state readily provides crazy check benefits and it
was mentioned in a book regarding people in Kentucky receiving such
benefits. That prior to the establishment of the Social Security
Disability that Kentucky was giving out checks openly to incompetents
for generations.
Anyway......my personal experience is that many people from Kentucky have problems with basic
civility and basic common sense. Those stereotypes that many hold
against native Kentuckians are very true. I don't consider them
stereotypes because I've seen enough crazy and nonsense behavior over
the years. When I commented on this to my wife.........she said its
because people are crazy in Kentucky. I think she happens to be right
in many cases. Mental illness always seems to be very high in
Kentucky as well. When I worked in Louisville years ago........there
about half of the women where I worked that were on all kinds of nut
pills, anti depressants, etc. Bad drivers, uneducated, nasty, and
plain uncouth.
Always noticed something else.......someone in Kentucky always wanted to pick a fight or think
they was some sort of badass. I lived in Gary, IN growing
up...........those people were the real badasses not a bunch of
Kentucky clowns. Same goes for inner city Indianapolis and Cincy.
One poster talks about Owensboro. That's a joke of a town if there ever was one. One little
shitty excuse for a shopping mall in a city of 50,000 hayseeds. A
commercial district that fits in a few blocks of any other city the
same size.
I know I'm going to get ripped for my comments but Kentucky is a backwards hole. My wife was
so glad to leave Kentucky a few years ago. When I mentioned that we
should move back......she said not only NO but HELL NO. The only time
she goes back is to visit her sister and mom and dad. My comment to
her that Indiana was going to become like Kentucky was like "I
hope that doesn't happen"
Kentucky has been a jackass colony for decades if not since the Civil War. From what I
have read, after the Civil War, Kentucky state government was
overtaken by a bunch of backwards neo-confederates and their
sympathizers so nothing really changed despite the war being won by
the north. Kind of sounds like most other Southern states that are
still backwards holes in the ground in the bottom 10 of about every
category. Look it up........the facts and figures are out there how
Southern states rank in education, incomes, jobs, health, etc. Bottom
feeders almost all of them.
Why the few good people in Kentucky put up with it is beyond me...........maybe they like the
poverty and stupidity that exists in mass in their state. Its not just urban areas with the ghetto dwellers like one finds in the
North.........but its also in the rural areas in Kentucky. In fact, actually some parts of these cities resemble something decent, its
just that the rest of the area is a poop stain.

Snowflake Kentuckians
Instead of refuting anything that I have said over the years, little snowflake Kentuckians get all pissed off and upset when anyone says anything remotely critical of their living conditions or their state culture of backwards ideas and the largely hokey and uneducated mentality that many of their citizens have. Which is why their increasingly third world state has to rely on government handouts from those so called libural states (spelling mistake intentional) because those liberal states are paying for Kentucky to be on the government dole due to the higher taxes and higher wages and standard of living in those states.
All the while Kentuckians talk about their conservative values but take a much larger percentage of money out of federal coffers to the point that Kentucky exists as a welfare state due to the generosity of the Northern and Western states that pay for their sustenance. This is a response to a comment received from an outsider that see things for they really are.
Thanks for your comment about these backwoods yokels.
What's even more interesting is that they get all upset when you put facts in their face and that's what really makes me laugh about all of it. Something else I notice is a high percentage of Kentucky guys have a really big hangup or fascination about having gay sex. I mean, seriously, if you talk about it as much as these rednecks and yokels do, then you're more than likely a self hating gay. I could really care less if someone is or isn't gay but its hilarious that Kentucky guys talk about gay stuff and then talk about how married, attached or straight they are, etc. Its interesting to note that when I lived in KY the few years I did, if someone wanted to have an argument they couldn't do it with facts, figures, intelligence, or anything else. They always had to bring up something about the other person being gay. Which is laughable to bring up unless they have a fixation on that sort of thing which I don't. Kentucky boys seem to like to talk about gay stuff all the time which isn't my experience elsewhere that guys usually talk about cars, sports, the chick they have on their arm, guns, what they did over the weekend, etc.
As soon as they get on the losing side of the argument they get all unwound pretty quickly and start talking about gay shit and hurling insults. Too bad that most of them are sub 90 IQ idiots that are incapable of learning which is why their state is such a environmentally polluted shithole despite its natural beauty. Look it up about pollution in Kentucky and how the state has let whole areas look like a Third World country all to either please the coal industry or having a population too dumb to care to clean up after itself. Shit, spend a day in Louisville like I did recently for business with my company and look at all the trash, broken glass, fast food bags and cups, and plastic all over the sides of the roads. You would think they didn't have a single goddamn trash can in the whole state of Kentucky. But its not just Louisville, its the same way down in Elizabethtown, Lexington, Eastern KY (Big Time Trash) and even down in Western KY. Half their towns look like shitholes everywhere that in other states you might only find in inner cities looking that way.
Since I lived in Louisville for five years I was less than impressed by Kentucky or its people. I could talk about personal anecdotes all day but its largely a shithole of a state and has been obviously for decades. Otherwise, the state government and the people of the state would get off their ass and actually clean it up and stop sucking off the welfare teat like they have for generations. Its interesting because my wife was adopted as was her sister by a family in Kentucky who was originally from Ohio and ended up there. Both of them lived in Kentucky most of their lives except for when they were born in the Cincinnati area and lived there until they were 14 and 12 respectively. I've heard so many times from my sister in law who lives in the Louisville region just outside of the city how she wishes that she left Kentucky and could leave Kentucky. The only things that hold her back are having two kids from her previous marriage because she's obviously got the education, etc. Oh and by the way, she doesn't like hillbillies either and she lives there and sees it every day. My wife lived half her life in the Cincinnati area and the rest in Louisville and when I told her my desire to move elsewhere, guess what she was ready to go and start packing.

Its interesting also to
note that the one mental reject posters commented about military
people coming back to Kentucky to retire. That might be true but only
because Kentucky is one of the cheapest states to live in. Which also
means, it might be cheap but you should expect a lower quality of
life too. Just because its cheap to live somewhere doesn't always
make it the most desirable place to live and Kentucky being at the
bottom of the barrel of most everything makes it even less desirable.
I didn't start my bashing
of Kentucky out of the blue one day. It took a lot of personal
experiences with people who were assholes in Kentucky. Lots of them
from people at work to people in general public. Kentuckians don't
know how to keep their uneducated mouth shut and that's a big problem
when you don't have a pot to piss in nor a bucket to throw it out the
window. Its interesting that when I moved to Kentucky I would get
some nasty comments about my place of origin as if most of these
fucking morons could have even afforded the gas to actually take a
trip of 300-500 miles round trip in their beat up shitbox of a car.
What's interesting is that their experience of northern states mostly
involved maybe going to the other side of the Ohio River to Ohio or
Indiana, etc. Nothing of actually bothering to see a whole state
before popping off.
However, in my travels
I've been to 110 of the 120 counties of Kentucky and I have to say
that its the most piss poor state that I've ever seen and I had 5
years to experience it. Shitty infrastructure, potholed roads
everywhere, parkways that were a disgrace to be called such, run down
buildings everywhere, while bumpkins sit on the corner in town
holding up a wall.
Every state has its bad
areas or bad cities especially inner cities but in Kentucky its
actually nodded and smiled upon to have everything look like a
dumpster. In the previous states I lived in general, being white
trash was not accepted or smiled upon. In Kentucky, its a way of life
to be dysfunctional and act like white trash. Its perfectly accepted
to have no manners, act like a jerk, and run your mouth like an
uneducated backwoods yokel.
As I said previously,
Kentuckians by a large percentage have a problem with being mouthy
and when someone puts them in their place they whine and cry and get
all upset. They like to start shit with people they don't know
anything about but eventually someone tells them off and they get all
pissed and start flailing around like a chicken with its head cut
off.
So now you mostly why I
can't stand Kentucky and a good percentage of its so called citizens
(white trash yokels) who are in denial about what a depressed
shithole they live in both from an economic standpoint and mental
health standpoint. Not to mention the fact their state is the ass end
of America and the only thing that holds the whole rest of the
country from drifting away is the fact that Kentucky sucks. Not to
mention their shitty educational system where people go to 10 or 12
years of school and still can't spell after that many years of the
state paying for their education. Or the fact that its one of of the
worst states for women and kids who are more vulnerable than anyone
else in society. Or that Kentucky recently ranked worst in child
abuse deaths, worst in animal abuse, worst run state, and has a high
percentage of its population hooked on prescription drugs even
compared to other states.
Kentuckians don't like the
truth even though they claim to be down there in the Bible Belt and
all these moralistic people yet their state looks like a skidmark in
the underpants of America.
I could comment more but I
won't for now, still have some Friday afternoon work to do making a
living and paying for the welfare checks that keep the Kentucky
economy somewhat afloat. That is if you call your main industries
being bourbon, tobacco, and government being economically productive.
Oh and one more thing,
Kentucky also ranks amongst the highest states for percentage of its
citizens (white trash yokels) on government assistance with food
stamps, TANF (KTAP) and other government programs.
That's what makes Kentucky
such a laughable state. So flame on haters and I'll be back later to
shine some more light on Kentucky which was an Indian name meaning
"dark and bloody ground"
Even the Indians had some
foresight on what Kentucky would become.

Comments on Loserville aka Louisville
The reason why all of you
whiners are complaining about (unmaed restaurant) is that most of you are small
minded dimwitted white trash that is too cheap or lazy to get off
your ass and get a decent job so you don't live at poverty level in
your mom and dads basement.
I went with a party of
seven people as well as one kid and the bill was a little over 100
bucks. If 30 bucks or 40 bucks is too much for you for a couple of
people, maybe you should get off the welfare system and get a real
job. Not one working at McDonalds or Taco Bell. My dinner was the
most expensive and that topped out about 15.99 same as what it would
have cost at some places in Louisville. By the way it was scrumptious
chicken dinner with 2 or 3 sides, biscuits, and a sweet tea and then
checked out the car show with everyone else. Strange thing is that
none of these people are particularly rich just mostly middle income
people that know how to save and spend money on decent food. Not the
backwoods white trash hillbillies from some dump in Bullitt County,
South Louisville, Dixie, Preston Hwy, Hilljackview, Okoblowme,
Fairydale, or some other dump in the backwoods part of Kentucky that
looks like something out of the Deliverance. Most of the people
dining there were middle class looking people too not the spam
sucking white trash that works at some box flipping job, serving
burgers, or being on welfare.
Meanwhile, we all had a
good time and everyone got along great, can't beat that. But see
that's because despite our disagreements we're actually adults and do
the best we can. To listen to some of the unemployed and
underemployed spam suckers on here, you would think it was highway
robbery. Ever try places in Louisville where a good meal sets you
back 15 to 20 bucks for just a little food. The restaurant did great on
service and portions. No complaints here. Plus the hospitality and
attitude of the people working there was real good. No jerks
screaming that someone owes them something.
Now for the guy from
Kentucky that made the derogatory comments about Indiana. I would
much rather live most places in Indiana or most anywhere else civilized than most anywhere in
Kentucky with the exception of Lexington, Northern KY/Florence
Erlanger/East End of Louisville than anyplace else in Kentucky. Most of Louisville Metro is a cesspool these days and has been for years. Another fine thing is that we can do
without your white trash coming to Indiana and have been doing fine
all these years. Its always interesting that my local community
always has a swarm of idiots coming in from Jefferson and Bullitt
county. Even Bullitt County trash parked in front of our local food
bank while I drove by. Strange how all these people from
Kentucky are fleeing to other states or going to Indiana. But please
do us a favor, just send us your best and brightest ones because
they're actually useful and intelligent. Don't send us your meth
heads, white trash billy boobs in Hilljackview, Sheepherdersville,
Okoblowme, Fairydale, or even down around Muldraugh or the nation of
Valley Station which looks like something out of a trailer park.
Its going to be funny
watching the exodus of businesses from Loserville to Indiana when the
East End bridge is completed and the downtown bridge gets completed.
Less business taxes, less corruption, less regulations, Indiana will
be burning your asses in a few more years. Indianapolis already kicks
Louisville's collective ass when it comes to job creation and job
quality. Louisville is nothing for the most part minus the East End a
collective shithole most everywhere. Take away the Highlands, East
End, Prospect, and those areas and its a big dump for miles. By the
way, I lived in Louisville for about 8 years of my life and frankly
you all can have it. The further south you go from the river the more
stupid people are. That's why the average family income is about half
that of the East End. Yet, its been that way for generations. Kind of
like how Bullitt County only had 7 percent of its residents graduate
from any form of college. That's even worse than downtown Louisville,
Shawnee, Russell, and pretty much anything on the West End.
It took your fucked up
city 40 years past 1970 to even get far enough to build a damn bridge
when cities like Cincinnati and Indianapolis had bypasses as far back
as the 1960s and definitely by the 1970s. But you couldn't even build
one bridge across the Ohio River at any other point. Not even another
downtown bridge or one elsewhere.
While I am at it, lets
talk about education in Kentucky and how many dumbfucks there are in
Louisville. The Jefferson County Public Schools are so piss poor that
they rank 126th out of 154 KY School systems. One of the best funded
districts in the whole state and you're consistently in the bottom
quarter of all schools in the state. The whole district ranked in the
bottom 20 percent year in and year out. Kentucky ranks 44th or lower
in personal income every year from 1939 to present. 47th in
percentage of college graduates. Number one in child abuse, number
one in elder abuse, and number one in animal abuse. Maybe you bunch
of mouth breathing 80 IQ imbeciles and mental retards can get some of
that book education and learn something instead of generations of the
same inbreeding and general stupidity. But hey, its in your family
tree and in your culture. As in stupidity and cultural inbreeding.
But most of you losers can't even afford the gas to travel anywhere
outside of your backwood hovels in Kentucky.
The reason you're still
stuck at 19th century education and reading levels along with your
shitty jobs is because you're stupid to move up to anything better.
Kind of like how northern states generally make 20 to 30 percent more
income than Kentucky. Meanwhile you're stuck at your shitty
nondescript job flipping boxes for UPS, some other packing shithole,
or making minimum wage because you're too incompetent to get off your
ass, get an education, and achieve some common sense. Keep at it
Kentucky, you'll even make that backwater shithole Mississippi look
like heaven to your trailer park dwelling country cousins.

Kentucky: Third World in the United States
Think
about it.......what two or three states are always at the bottom of
the pile when it comes to education, incomes, socioeconomic factors,
etc. They are always Kentucky being 48th, West Virginia being 49th
and Mississippi being 50th. This is the case almost always over the
years. Kentucky has been 44th or worse in state income rankings since
1939 in every year. That's a 75 year record of failure. Kentucky is
last in the nation in so many areas. The worst state for child abuse,
the worst state for elderly abuse, the worst state for animal abuse.
Not to mention the school systems and educational system in all of
Kentucky is so shitty that the state ranks 47th in percentage of
population with some level of college or even a degree. This has been
the case for years.
I've
lived in several different locations in this country including
Kentucky and have never seen so many trashy white people in my entire
life. Had the total misfortune of living in Kentucky for about 4
years tied to a job that I hated and a state I definitely learned to
severely dislike. Stupid is as stupid does in Kentucky, the armpit of
the Ohio Valley region for sure.
When
you look at states like Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia,
South Carolina, etc you always notice that all of those state
contributes to their poor rankings in education, incomes, etc.
So what is the problem? Generations of increasingly stupid people
with no education or common sense who keep breeding more morons and a
state government that hands out welfare checks like they are going
out of style. Kentucky also gets more federal funding by far than it
sends in to the IRS and Treasury Department in taxes. In fact,
Kentucky gets 1.51 back for every dollar it sends into the federal
government. So now you know why Kentucky is one of the worst states
in America and why these white trash hilljacks keep bitching about
getting caught for breaking the law. Total lunacy and morons.

Kentucky: A National Joke
It's well known to
those who have actually lived outside of the Bluegrass State that
many people have derision towards Kentuckians. This is probably due
more to the way that Kentuckians as a large part act when they visit
other states or act in a stupid and foolish manner.
Seems to be problem
that a lot of people from other states think lowly of Kentuckians.
Maybe its because as a whole Kentuckians are uneducated or have been
miseducated for decades and act in a juvenile and stupid manner.
Kentuckians could probably change that perception of being a bunch of
dolts but it seems that instead being of the lowest common
denominator they choose to be backwoods yokels and inbred acting
fools.
Too bad they are too
stupid to see anything past the border of their wretched state and in
many cases most of them haven't been outside of their own pig sty of
a state. Its always humorous to me that Kentuckians are good about
popping off at the mouth about other states when most of them haven't
ever spent any time outside of KENTUCKY. Why is that? Are they too
stupid to put some gas in their clunker and actually visit other
states. Or are they too stupid to actually expand their horizons
outside of their little provincial towns and communities where
misogyny, family inbreeding, and cultural stupidity has been the norm
for generations.
This is going to piss
off a lot of idiots but seriously why are Kentuckians as a whole so
mind blowing stupid? So stupid that they've ranked in the bottom 5
states in nearly every major socioeconomic category not just for a
few years but decades.
Currently Kentucky is
47th in state median income, 46th in per capita income, 47th in
percentage of college degrees awarded, near the bottom in quality of
education, number one in child abuse deaths per 100,000, etc.
If you want your state
not to be considered the outhouse of the United States, you might
want to improve your education system beyond the third world system
that it currently exhibits. Also get half your population off
government welfare and back in the workforce.
Kentucky currently gets
$1.51 for every dollar that it pays in taxes to the federal
government. On top of state income rates of 5.8 and 6.0 percent on
most taxpayers. Add in the extra 1 to 2 percent in taxes and you've
still got a financially mismanaged state. Not to mention the Kentucky
Retirement System is fundamentally bankrupt and broken after years of
mismanagement. In that sense Kentucky ranks right along with Illinois
and California for having pension problems.
One would think that
since Kentucky borders the Midwest at the upper reaches of the
American South, it would start to look upward to states that do
things a lot better than it does and emulate those states in job
creation, education, incomes, etc. Instead Kentucky is still fighting
the Civil War 150 years after it ended. Kentucky follows the rancid
traditions of the American South and its generations of racist
behavior, hypocrisy, lack of education, and Third World conditions.
Want to get rid of the
stereotypes of Kentucky being a bunch of toothless, backwards, stupid
yokels. Then start acting like you've got some sense. But to read
these posts is laughable because the responses obviously come from
people who didn't do well in school and not in one instance have I
seen anyone that actually stated facts and figures to make their
point in rebuttal.
Are Kentuckians too
stupid and lazy to actually defend their state with facts and figures
that actually make sense in a non convoluted manner? Or are they
content with their own stupidity, poverty, cultural ignorance. Its
too bad because Kentucky is a beautiful state once you remove the
trash and morons from that state. Probably one of the top five states
when it comes to natural beauty but one of the bottom five in things
that really matter like quality jobs, income, education, quality of
life, etc.
If you want to be
thought of a bit better, buy some books and educate yourselves so you
don't have generations of Americans outside of your state think that
you're a bunch of backwoods yokels. Plus teach your kids right from
wrong instead of spending so much time following your hallowed
basketball programs which are your only claims to fame. Those are the
only things that actually make your state look good and its quite
laughable your claim to fame is basketball, bourbon, and horses after
223 years of being a state.

Kentucky and Craigslist Posters (Lack of Intelligent Life in Kentucky)
After having two of you
Kentucky boys talk about gay stuff and sending me your emails, I
always suspected that most of you girly boys were repressed
homosexuals who hide it well until you open your mouth. Unlike you
bunch of backwoods morons, I've bothered to educate myself over the
years so I'm not stuck in some pitiful job that should be done by a
teenager.
Its strange how in
Louisville and the surrounding area how much you boys talk about gay
stuff and how much it preoccupies your minds. Never seen anywhere in
the USA that people actually keep bringing up the gay thing and how
many of you perverts keep talking about it. Its kind of like you keep
talking about something you hate so much, yet you homosexuals are in
the closet about it until you decide to show your true colors by
talking about it over and over. Like you have hidden desires to be a
homosexual. Too bad you perverts are mentally ill to the point that
you are fascinated by the lifestyle all the while supposedly
condemning it. Maybe you all need to actually get out of the river
valley and find some women who don't look like your cousin or weigh
350 lbs.
As much as you talk
about gay stuff and inbreeding, I strongly suspect that most of you
inbreeds are one or the both. Your mom and dad were brother and
sister or you used to have some sort of twisted and insane family
f--kfest where you all got naked with each other.
In any case, you're
mentally ill and you need to check into that fine Central State
facility in East Louisville to get your help. Maybe someone in your
family will even get a mental inquest that way nice people in white
coats will show up at your home, slum apartment, or hovel and help
with your serious mental issues. Must have been a lot toxic waste and
chemicals floating down the Ohio River over the years also to create
tens of thousands of you mental misfits in Louisville over the years.
I've been all over the
country traveling and living in the past and I've never seen anywhere
outside of a few Southern states that has so many chronically stupid
and mental rejects than Louisville, Kentucky. Not just on Craigslist
but in real life as well. Too stupid to get a decent job, too stupid
to move out of their mommys basement, too stupid to have a marriage
or decent relationship, and generally too stupid to even comment on
this board without sounding like some 80 IQ retard from the
backwoods.
Its a shame that your
dad or uncle didn't pull out before impregnating your mom or his
sister or cousin. Even Ricky boy had his only in for 10 seconds. At
least it wasn't his sister or in the case of a few in Louisville, I
suspect that their sperm was donated from a bar room wall where it
was implanted their mom via in vitro fertilization.
Having lived elsewhere
in the 48 states not counting Alaska and Hawaii, I would venture to
say that this area is one of the most backwards and backwoods areas
of the US. No culture other than a hillbilly meth mouth white trash
infested culture. People with no class, no teeth, little education,
and even less common sense. Truly the armpit of America like most of
the rest of the Southern states. Something to be proud of if your
role model is Hank Hill. Not so much if you want a decent life and
education and being something instead of a stool which is so common
in Louisville. Keep on flaming away boys and girly men, we know
you're a little light in the loafers so its ok now since the new
society has deemed it as legitimate. You're just showing us your true
colors every time you open your mouth or type it out that have an IQ
20 to 30 points below the US average.

Kentucky: The Freeloader State
Kentucky: The
Freeloader State (No Work Boots Stolen In Kentucky)
Here's some more facts
and truth about Kentucky. One being that Kentucky gets 1.51 for every
dollar that it pays in taxes via the federal government. So for every
dollar that ends up DC paid by the taxpayers of the this country, the
Kentucky welfare state gets 1.51 back.
Here's some more of the
Kentucky hillbilly hypocrisy
Kentucky with its hand
out again.
Of the twenty worst
states, 16 are either Republican dominated or conservative states.
Let's go through the top twenty.
New Mexico: $2.03
Mississippi: $2.02
Alaska: $1.84
Louisiana: $1.78
West Virginia: $1.76
North Dakota: $1.68
Alabama: $1.66
South Dakota: $1.53
Kentucky: $1.51
Virginia: $1.51
Montana: $1.47
Hawaii: $1.44
Maine: $1.41
Arkansas: $1.41
Oklahoma: $1.36
South Carolina: $1.35
Missouri: $1.32
Maryland: $1.30
Tennessee: $1.27
Idaho: $1.21
http://www.forbes.com/sites/halahtouryalai/2010/10/08/the-worst-run-state-in-america-not-california/
Its Kentucky being the
worst run state.
50th. Kentucky
Debt per Capita: $8,899
(37th)
Unemployment Rate: 10%
(38th)
Home Price Change ('06
-- '09): 6.1% (24th)
Median Household
Income: $40,072 (47th)
Although Kentucky
doesn't place 50th in any one category, its overall poor scores
secures its place as the worst-run state on our list. It is 43rd in
GDP per capita, 47th in median household income, 47th in citizens
with high school diplomas, and, at 18.6%, is 48th for percentage of
the population below the poverty line. Kentucky also has an extremely
weak S&P rating of AA-, supporting our assessment that it is the
worst-run state in the country.

Kentucky: The Third World State(Facts Do Matter)
Its obvious that
another stupid idiot from Kentucky had to make a bunch of stupid and
uneducated comments about how other states such as Indiana and Ohio
are at the bottom of the trough like the Great Trailer Park state
South of the Ohio River. That illustrious shithole called Kentucky
which does rank the in the bottom 5 or 6 states in nearly every
category.
See Bubba, there's a
thing called the Internet and if you do some research or looking up
info including these nasty facts from the federal and state
governments, you might end up learning something.
One source I'll mention
is called Wikipedia and here's the link of US States by Income
rankings.
Notice that when it
comes to median household income which means that half the population
makes more and half makes less, Indiana and Ohio both beat Kentucky
by 10 to 15 places.
Indiana ranks 31st at
$46,438 while Ohio ranks 35th at $45,749.
Kentucky ranks 47th at
$41,141 and is only followed by Arkansas, West Virginia, and
Mississippi.
Guess that blows holes
in your stupid argument. Typical stupid jackass from Kentucky that
you are.
Not only that but even
at that ranking the average Kentucky family makes 5,297 dollars less
than your average Hoosier family. Even more interesting is that at
the current tax rates a Kentucky family when adding state income
taxes, local income taxes, etc ends up paying nearly 7 to 8 percent
of their income to the state. Whereas the average Hoosier family pays
approximately 5 percent in state and local taxes even in a large city
like Indianapolis. Guess that in Kentucky you like paying an extra
1000 dollars in taxes to live in a state that is economically shot.
Suck it up buttercup going to be more facts.
Next point that should
be that in per capita income (income per person) Ohio ranks 29th at
26,046 while Indiana ranks 38th at 24,635.
Yet the stupidity laced
Commonwealth of Kentucky ranks even lower at 46th at 23,462 only
followed to the bottom by West Virginia, Idaho, Arkansas, and
Mississippi.
Guess that blows holes
in your mentally challenged argument about Indiana and Ohio being the
bottom 5 states. Kentucky makes it in both categories being a bottom
five state.
Here's another couple
nice articles about Kentucky being one of the worst states for animal
abuse and letting scumbags get by with such abuse.
Kentucky ranks dead
last in animal abuse. Dead last like so many other categories.
Indiana was 9th out of
the 50 states. Kentucky was dead last at 50 out of 50. Ohio was quite
a bit better than Kentucky too at 26th.
Here's a nice WDRB
piece about Kentucky being number one in the child abuse death rate
in 2012.
Here's another from
2009
Here's another piece on
education and how Kentucky is 42nd in education. Guess where Indiana
ranks.............4th................Ohio...............29th. Again
proving that stupidity is a Kentucky value to be consistently in the
bottom of the barrel.
Not that Ohio and
Indiana are 16th and 22nd in education in the Wallet Hub article yet
Kentucky is 41st.
Notice that Kentucky
ranks 47th in High School graduation rates, Kentucky ranks 47th in
Bachelor degrees, etc.
All the while Indiana
ranks 29th in High School graduation rates and 43rd in Bachelor
degrees.
Ohio ranks 25th and
38th respectively in those categories.
According to the US
Census Bureau their latest numbers show that the ten poorest states
are by poverty rate
Mississippi 22.6 %
New Mexico 21.5 %
Louisiana 20.4 %
Arkansas 19.5 %
Georgia 19.1 %
Kentucky 19.1 % NO
SURPRISE THERE
Alabama 19.0 %
Arizona 19.0 %
South Carolina 18.9 %
District of Columbia
18.7 %
Kentucky was also
ranked dead last when it comes to government and government
management of state affairs. Ranking dead last. Here is another
article.
Kentucky didn't rank
last in any single category although our economic and educational
shortfalls were evident. The state ranked 47th in median household
income, 47th in high school graduation rate and 48th in percentage of
the population below the poverty rate.

Stay Classy Kentucky
Let's burn a few more
couches and set fires like a bunch of backwoods hicks. Stay classy
Kentucky! This is in reference to the morons in 2012 that were
burning couches in the streets of Lexington after the big University
of Kentucky win in the Final Four of college basketball. One of the
luminaries had to comment regarding my criticism of such behavior.
This is my response to his stupidity.
Wow, you live in
Lexington. You should be so proud. We really don't care that you
attended college or not. The real question is "Did you
graduate?" or are you just another idiot from Kentucky popping
his mouth off. You know, what's funny about you boys from Kentucky is
that the vast majority of your fans can't even spell worth a damn.
Obviously, you spent too much time playing basketball, slopping the
hogs, or saying that you didn't need any of that book learning. By
the way, I lived in Kentucky for four years and I have to say that of
anyplace I ever lived including Indiana, Kentucky had some of the
dumbest people I've ever met and I lived in rural Indiana for many
years prior to that. Even the city people in Louisville are mentally
retarded. Kentuckians don't like the term retarded now as evidenced
by the state trying to remove the word from the grammar in their
publications. True story. Wonder why? Because most of the rest of the
country even outside of Indiana or any neighboring state thinks
you're populated by a bunch of dumbasses.
Having lived in
Kentucky, I can vouch for the fact that your fan base generally acts
irrational and mentally challenged. I went to Nashville several times
for my job in Louisville and it was amazing when you pulled into some
little gas station or truck plaza along I 65. Maybe one or two people
you would encounter acted as if they had some sense. The rest stood
around in slack jawed stupor and generally not making a whole lot of
sense. By the way, I've been to almost every county in the state of
Kentucky or Commonwealth if you like. My interactions weren't exactly
the same everywhere but it seems that your fellow men in the
Commonwealth and women generally act very unintelligent and generally
in a stupid way. It reminds me of going to Columbia, KY which is
about 1 hour from the TN border. Not knowing the state very well at
the time, I asked a couple of the locals how far it is to Tennessee.
Their response was to say it took 4 hours. So I flipped out a map
that I found and looked a little closer and it was only like 40 miles
to the TN border and maybe a couple hours to Nashville TN according
to driving 65 mph and about 130 or so miles. Took the next road south
of town and made into Eastern TN in about an hour.
If I went to Nashville
via the Louie Nunn Parkway and I 65 it would have been 130 miles and
2 hours travel time. See what I mean? The average Kentuckian outside
of the educated class of people who are professionals and have to
work in a professional setting are mostly morons. You're dealing with
people who can barely read and write much less think of complex
problems and come up with a solution. Its about like when I lived in
Louisville and seen so many cars that were in such bad shape because
the owners either wrecked them or didn't know anything about
preventative maintenance. Broken taillights, broken headlights, stuff
that didn't work, junked out cars running the roads, etc. The police
even take a blind eye to that in Louisville. They don't bother to
enforce anything when it comes to traffic laws or even vehicle
issues.
Granted, that can
happen anywhere but it seems to be quite prevalent in KY. By the way,
I've been to Lessington better known as Lexington. Other than the
university and a few major businesses like Lexmark who by the way
make crappy printers, there isn't all that much there. Maybe a
population of 260,000 people and probably a good percentage of that
is students at UK which doesn't even rank in the top 100 in a vast
majority of college disciplines.
U of L is no better as
it ranks 164th in US News College Reports that come out every year.
In fact, Azuza Pacific University ranks as high as U of L. Despite
the fact that U of L has one of the largest financial endowments in
the entire country. My mother in law works at U of L and even she is
amazed at how bad the students there are and the school as well. My
wife actually grew up most of her life in Florence and then
Louisville. Guess what, she's from Kentucky and thinks that a lot of
the people in Louisville and around there aren't particularly very
bright and I've heard it said by her on a multitude of occasions.
That's why she wanted to move to Indiana too and actually have a
better quality of life.
People in most every
state have farms, factories, mining, etc unless there are no
resources available. The comical thing is that a factory worker in
Indiana is generally someone who can function in mainstream society
and actually act as if they have common sense. See, I worked in a
factory full time while pursuing my college degree in business. These
people are just salt of the earth type people who are trying to get
by and raise their family. The difference between them and your
average worker in Kentucky is that they're bred to be stupid as they
are in the Bluegrass. If you tried to pay some factory worker in
Indiana 9 or 10 bucks an hour, they would laugh at you. In Kentucky,
that's supposed to be the norm because most of your backwoods yokel
people think its normal to work for the man and get nothing in
return. Its the way your Southern hillbilly state has been operated
since the Civil War and before. It reminds me of something a Southern
redneck from NC told me years ago about small towns in the South
being dumps. Its because we don't have much industry and you can't
tell other what to do with their money. Didn't make a lot of sense
right off until I found out the guy lived in the back of his car
about 2 years while living in Western NC. Its that mentality that
exists in KY and much of the south that is why that region isn't
progressive and won't have anything similar to the Northern States.
There's a reason why a
lot of Hoosier as you would call them don't particularly care for
Kentucky and especially Kentucky basketball. Under Bobby Knight, he
graduated most of his players and never was accused or even brought
up on charges of cheating. Its well known that Adolph Rupp paid his
players back in the 1940s through 1972 when he had to retire. Same
happened under Joe B. Hall and then Eddie Sutton took over and got
busted for cheating in 1989 when his assistant Dwayne Casey sent a
envelope to a recruit with 1000 bucks in it until it was broken open
and the people at Emery Worldwide found the money. That brought about
an NCAA investigation into recruiting practices at UK. Including one
year of no live TV and two years of probation. This has happened
several times at UK. What happened after the entire probation, UK
started up getting their players nice vehicles, money, and all the
rest again. A friend of my uncle who is from Lexington told all about
Jamal Mashburn getting a luxury BMW to drive around Lexington back in
1991 and 1992. Nice at a time when he didn't have that kind of money
and his mom was on public assistance back in New York. Who got the
vehicle. Same happened many times during the 1990s. Then to have
football coach Hal Mumme come around and get their football program
on probation along with Clyde Bassett. Now you have Calipari whose
associates at UMass and Memphis both landed those programs on
probation and led to the forfeiture of games and records.
It was even reported in
the Chicago Sun Times that Anthony Davis' father wanted 200k for his
son to play at any of three different schools. Then he chose UK over
the others. Wonder why? Because Kentucky kicked in the money all over
again. That entire story was brought up elsewhere on this site. Of
course, UK had to squelch the story because it would mean another
investigation into recruiting practices. Just sit back and watch the
cheaters at UK get busted again. Its a matter of time before they get
caught again. After all, its Kentucky where the vast majority of
politicians are as crooked as the day is long and where the UK
program has cheated for about 70 years including paying players and
the 1951 point shaving scandal as well.
By the way, at one time
my dad was a worker in a facility in Louisville and they would hire
college athletes from U of L. My dad regularly told stories about how
the players wouldn't do anything and sometimes even get caught
sleeping on the job. Seems like it was a common occurrence but people
turned their head as usual in Kentucky. By the way, it might be added
that most of those guys barely got their degree because even he saw
that most of them were dumber than a box of rocks. There's no way
they didn't get special help from the U of L authorities and coaching
at that time.
That's why Indiana puts
out quality people and students ahead of basketball. In Kentucky, the
only thing you have to take pride in is basketball and that really is
all. There's nothing else that your state really produces other than
coal that can't be produced elsewhere. Your economy in most of
Kentucky is largely in shambles because its 20 years behind the rest
of the country. Not to mention the fact is that probably one out of
every five or six Kentuckians get some sort of government assistance.
In fact, for generations its easier to get a crazy persons check in
Kentucky than anywhere else. Just like the percentage of Kentuckians
on government assistance is higher than most states and I guarantee
you its much higher than Indiana.
Add in the fact that
your state is number one in child abuse deaths, number one in elderly
abuse, and number one in animal abuse cases. That speaks volumes of
what a screwed up society that Kentucky truly is. Every week or so
you'll find out about someone around Louisville and they either leave
their kids in a bad situation and generally that news hits two to
three times a week now. Same goes with animal abusers. Not saying it
doesn't happen in Indiana but it seems to happen a whole lot more in
Kentucky.
Something else funny I
noticed is that when the Colts won the Super Bowl in 2007, there were
no riots or major disturbances or outbreaks in Indiana. I even went
to Google and looked it up. But in Lexington (Lessington) Kentucky
there were 40 fires on Saturday March 31, 2012 and 60 fires on April
2nd, 2012. According to Kentucky Revised Statutes, more than 5 people
in a group destroying or vandalizing property is called a riot. To
incite someone else to participate in such an affair which was
evident is inciting a riot and its a felony to participate or incite
a riot. Then to hear the Lexington Police say there was no riot was
just another case of damage control. They had to cover their arses
because the entire country saw what transpired on the TV sets as well
as Youtube. Where the hilljack students at UK filmed their own
criminality and stupidity and then put it all over Youtube with
pride. Just spend some time looking up Lexington riots and there's
plenty of couches burned and some within 5 to 10 feet of someone
else's vehicles. That's so classy of you UK fans. Classy that you're
going to burn a couch and then catch someone's ride on fire. Then
again, it shows the mentality that your people have.

Kentucky and Bottom Feeders(Louisville and Associated Communities)
Kentucky (Louisville
and Environs)
What is it about you
people from Kentucky? Its funny to read the comments on here about
Shepherdsville because having lived real close to the Bullitt County
line the stories are quite true because I've known a few decent
people that realize what a dump Bullitt County in general is. First
you can start with the drug issues with all the pill heads, meth
heads, pot heads, etc. You can tell that lot of these people are
idiots and pretty much a drain on society. Shepherdsville is a joke
of a city or town whatever you would like to call it. From the crappy
run down buildings to trash on the streets, etc, it looks like a pig
sty. Not that Louisville is any better because for a major city its a
seriously run down s##thole in a lot of places. Dixie Highway is a
joke of an area and West End, Newburg, Buechel, South Louisville,
Fairdale, Shively, etc is pretty much all a dump. You only find
better areas to the eastern side of the city at least past
Breckenridge Lane. Hikes Lane and Buechel used to be a nice middle
class area but its a run down dump now. Breckenridge Lane is starting
to look like a Third World country especially near Hikes Point. What
is it with these apartment owners letting every piece of trash run
over everything and not picking up the premises. The last nice areas
of Louisville are the outer part of the Highlands, St. Matthews,
Hurstbourne, Middletown, Anchorage, Stony Brook, Prospect, Graymoor
Devondale, etc. Those areas and those in between are still pretty
nice but even compared to the outer suburbs of say Northside
Indianapolis or Bellemeade in Nashville, they are losing their
luster.
Louisville at one time
used to be a pretty nice city and even with the West End it used to
be pretty decent. At least until they let the apes take over and run
down the quality of life. West Louisville used to be a nice area
until the degenerates from the Central City squatters camp moved into
that area in the 1960s. Then it went directly south. Now they've
pretty much ran it into the ground and now they've moved into the
South Dixie area causing problems. Taylor Blvd and that whole area is
another dump of a place and even within earshot of the Downs, its a
hole. The only real nice areas west of I 65 are parts of PRP, Waverly
Hills, Southern Parkway, Auburndale, etc. Most of the rest went to
the dogs. But here's another thing that I noticed in Kentucky and
Louisville and that's the mass amount of uneducated and chronically
stupid individuals compared to most other places in the Midwest and
upper South. No wonder Kentucky is at the bottom in so many
categories because the educational system in Kentucky is of low
quality and its apparent in the educational status and common sense
of so many.
Kentucky has been the
44th ranked state or lower in income since 1939
Kentucky is 47th in the
percentage of those with a college degree
Kentucky is among the
bottom five states in percentage of smokers, obesity, drug use, and
various other factors
Kentucky is among one
of the five most corrupt states when it comes to corruption in state
and local governments
Kentucky was recently
announced as being the worst run state in the entire Union
Kentucky is among the
bottom states in achievement in education
The Jefferson County
Public Schools ranked 118th out of 154 Kentucky School Districts by
the US Department of Education
Kentucky has no top
universities in science and technology out of the top 100 schools
that offer programs in those fields
Kentucky ranks first
among the states in cases of child abuse
Kentucky among the
bottom five in spending for dependents who have been abused
Kentucky consistently
ranks in the bottom five when it comes to educational achievement
including basic education
Kentucky ranks among
the worst states when it comes to deaths from smoking
Kentucky ranks among
the worst states when it comes to suicides
Sorry folks but I've
lived in other states before moving to Kentucky and with the
exception of a few places most of it leaves a lot to be desired. You
can tell by talking to the average person about world events, the
weather, or something not involving sports. With some exceptions of
better educated people, its hard to get a good conversation going
unless someone brings up basketball. No wonder the state is in the
stone ages when it comes to other things. Maybe its such a mess
because the people have no common sense for the most part.
