Here's some more facts and truth about Kentucky. One being that Kentucky gets 1.51 for every dollar that it pays in taxes via the federal government. So for every dollar that ends up DC paid by the taxpayers of the this country, the Kentucky welfare state gets 1.51 back.

Kentucky also has an extremely weak S&P rating of AA-, supporting our assessment that it is the worst-run state in the country.
